What to do in an emergency
Stay calm and do not force the door: you could damage the lock and make the job more expensive. Call us and describe the door (apartment, house, armoured door) and what happened.
- Locked out: the door is not locked with the key. It usually opens without damage. See locked out.
- Lost or stolen keys: after opening, change the cylinder if your keys can be linked to your address. See lock replacement.
- Broken key or jammed lock: do not force it. See jammed lock.
- Burglary: call the police first (101), take photos, then have the door secured. See after a burglary.
